Melty, oozy, chocolatey….
Banana splits – a childhood classic! Sitting in the sun eating a banana split dazzled by the garish colours of hundreds and thousands! Well, I give you the classic but a winter version! Custard replaces the ice-cream and chocolate is an addition which melts in the hot custard.
1: Take a banana.
2: Slice it down the middle and place squares of chocolate in the split.
3: Make custard according to the instructions and pour it over the banana and chocolate and there it is! Very simple and very yummy!
