I recently went to another raw vegan pop up dinner which opened with a Not Egg Nog! It looked like a Brandy Alexander and despite tasting nothing like one was very yummy indeed. I am very into dates at the moment having had dates in the Not Egg Nog and date puree at another pop up dinner. So as a dessert today I made a simple banana and date nog with oat milk.
What you need (for 2 servings):
A glass and a half of oat milk (use the glass that you will use to serve the nog in)
What you need to do:
1: Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender and heat gently until warm but not piping hot.
2: Serve in glasses with a spinkling of cocoa or cinnamon powder.
