Hello! I am an interior designer with a background in recipe editing, museum event management and the odd styling job. In my free time I love making things whether they are edible, useful, useless yet quirky or just look good! Conker and Indigo is a blog for recipes, crafts, photography and fleeting thoughts. I make all the food, crafty bits, take all the photos and write the recipes (unless otherwise stated). I have lived in Florence and Padova so some of the recipes are traditional Italian ones that I have translated and made. You will mainly find plant based food here and the majority of recipes lean towards sweet rather than savoury.

I also blog about art and design and anything I see that I like: DesignHawk

      Hello Camilla
I just thought I would let you know that my blog has moved and is now bighungrygnomes.co.uk. Unfortunately, if you want to remain subscribed to my blog, you will have re-subscribe to this new address. I realise this is a little bit of a nuisance but I would really appreciate your continuing support and interest in my blog

Plant based, great, will need to squeeze in some time to take a peek at your recipes before cooking, I’m sure that many fun and healthy ideas will be spawned. 🙂

Thanks for taking the time to read my blog. I loved your article on Bath, the vegetarian food looked delicious. I look forward to reading more.
